Learn and adapt your skills to improve your mental health and well-being

You didn’t make it this far in life without learning along the way how to deal with stress. But today’s stress might be a little different. Some may feel isolated from family and friends, while others may feel overwhelmed by being stuck at home. No matter which circumstance applies to you, it can feel overwhelming, which makes it difficult to manage the reality of our new everyday life.

While things are starting to re-open, it is still wise to limit being in groups and stay home as much as possible. The good news is that our counselors are empathetic and supportive, providing the motivation and accountability you need to reach your goals.

4 Weeks to Connect program

The 4 Weeks to Connect program will help you build skills in coping with stress, anxiety and uncertainties which are increasingly common in today’s unprecedented environment.

Between sessions Karla, the platform’s virtual coach offers interactive support, advice and reminders to keep you on track with goals set with your counselor.

During the 4 Weeks to Connect program you’ll:

  1. Meet with your specialist each week for 30 minutes.
  2. Increase healthy connections with family and friends during times of social distancing.
  3. Set boundaries on unhealthy relationships and behaviors.
  4. Increase healthy coping skills.
  5. Adapt healthy lifestyle behaviors to current limitations.
  6. Find ways to support and contribute to the well-being of others who are in the same situation.
  7. Make meaning from these experiences through contribution and connection.

All meetings are held online, so you don’t have to leave the comfort and safety of your home. You’ll get a text message reminder for each appointment with a link. Just click that link at the time of the appointment and you’ll be connected to your session.
