Adventist Health welcomes Physician Assistant, Maria Romero, P.A.-C

January 8, 2018 (Hanford, Calif.) – Adventist Health proudly welcomes certified physician assistant, Maria Romero, P.A.-C.

Romero joins the team at Adventist Health Medical Office – Hanford (Same-Day Clinic) and brings more than 15 years of experience to her practice. She is fluent in Spanish, offers high-quality services for the entire family and specializes in seeing same-day patients.

A graduate of California State University, Fresno, with a Bachelor of Science in Biology, Romero completed her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Practice from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, Calif.

A native of the Central Valley, Romero enjoys caring for patients of all ages in her hometown community.

“I have always had a natural calling to medicine,” she says. “It is so humbling to have the opportunity to use my profession to make a difference in the lives of my patients.”

In her spare time, Romero enjoys family time, exercise, and travel including the beach, mountains and taking in amazing sunrises and sunsets.
