New dental health provider joins Adventist Health in Hanford and Sanger

March 18, 2019 (Hanford, Calif.) – Adventist Health proudly welcomes Registered Dental Hygienist, Tina Floyd, R.D.H., R.D.H.A.P., to both Adventist Health Medical Office – Hanford Dental and Sanger locations.

Floyd specializes in dental health for the entire family, including; dental cleaning, x-rays, application of preventative materials to teeth, such as fluoride and sealants; oral health evaluation and oral hygiene education and counseling.

Floyd completed her training as a Registered Dental Hygienist at San Joaquin Valley College in Visalia, Calif., and additional training at West Los Angeles College in Culver City, Calif.

A love of going to the dentist as a child led Floyd to pursue a career in dental health. She loves to educate her patients on the link between dental health and their overall wellness, and is passionate about her specialty.

“I want to help patients feel comfortable going to the dentist, and give them the knowledge and power to take charge of their own health,” she says.

Happily married for 32 years and with two adult daughters, Floyd enjoys gardening, baking, cooking and sewing in her spare time.
