Family Nurse Practitioner joins Adventist Health Physicians Network Tulare Rapid Care

TULARE – Adventist Health Physicians Network welcomes board-certified family nurse practitioner Cretia Guzman, MSN, FNP-C, to Rapid Care in Tulare. The office provides urgent and walk-in treatment.

Guzman cares for patients with common ailments, such as earaches, upper and lower respiratory infections and more. She also treats more serious conditions, including pneumonia, fractures and lacerations.

“I enjoy providing non-emergency care to patients who feel unwell or are in pain,” says Guzman. “I recognize patients often have a difficult time scheduling a same day appointment with their primary care providers. We offer an alternative for immediate care.”

Guzman earned her master’s and bachelor’s degrees in nursing from Kaplan University in Davenport, Iowa, and an associate degree from College of the Sequoias in Visalia. She’s certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

When not caring for patients, Guzman enjoys spending time with her three children and participating in Roller Derby.
