Dental surgeon Farhad Kiani, DDS, joins Adventist Health Medical Office - Oakhurst

OAKHURST – Access to dental care has increased in Oakhurst with the addition of dental surgeon Farhad Kiani, DDS, at Adventist Health Medical Office – Oakhurst. Kiani has practiced dentistry for more than a decade and provides a full range of general dental care, including preventative services, extractions and dentures.

To date, Kiani has performed thousands of procedures and has numerous certifications in areas such as atraumatic extraction, maxillary and mandibular anesthesia, dental laser, root canal therapy and dental implant placement and restoration.

After earning his doctor of dental surgery degree at Semmelweis University in Budapest, Hungary, Kiani completed additional training at De La Salle University in Leon, Mexico. He then obtained his California dental license. Most recently, he served as a clinical assistant professor of dental medicine at Western University in Pomona.

Kiani pursued a dental career in order to help people in need, and particularly enjoys providing patients with preventative care. Originally from Iran, he is fluent in both English and Farsi.
