Adventist Health Mendocino County hospitals to reopen to visitors
March 13, 2021 (Mendocino County) – As Mendocino County continues to see a decline in COVID-19 cases,Adventist Health is pleased to once again allow visitors into its Ukiah Valley, Howard Memorial and Mendocino Coast hospitals beginning at 8 a.m. on March 13, in alignment with state and local health guidelines under the Red Tier.
Each patient may now have one visitor at a time in the hospitals. “Having family support is so important to the healing process, and we’re grateful for the community support that made this possible,” said Judson Howe, president of Adventist Health services in Mendocino County.
All visitors will be screened for symptoms upon entry and asked to wear a mask for the entirety of their visitation period. “We thank you for your cooperation and understanding as we care for our community and protect our patients and team members,” Howe said.
