Adventist Health Lodi Memorial Names New President

Adventist Health Lodi Memorial has named Brooke McCollough, MBA, as President effective August 21, 2022. In this role, McCollough will provide leadership in meeting the strategic goals of the organization and ensure delivery of Adventist Health’s mission in the community it serves. Most recently, McCollough served as Operations Executive at Adventist Health Lodi Memorial, where she has held various roles since 2007.

"We are proud to announce Brooke McCollough as President of Adventist Health Lodi Memorial,” said Eric Stevens, President of Adventist Health’s Greater Sacramento Network and Hawaii State Network. “Brooke brings a strong connection to the community, excellent team building skills, and a bias for operational excellence to drive positive performance."

With a broad foundation of operations experience, McCollough’s vision for Adventist Health Lodi Memorial includes building a culture that makes them a top choice for healthcare in the county and strengthening relationships with the community to better its overall health. “I’m pleased to continue to serve in a community where I was born and raised and look forward to connecting with staff and physicians in this expanded role to optimize our collaborative effort to care for the community,” she said. McCollough earned her bachelor’s degree in Business at the University of Colorado Boulder and her MBA with an emphasis in Health Industry Leadership at Regis University.

“Brooke’s focus on operational excellence and broad community connections will be great assets as we continue our positive momentum at the hospital and in San Joaquin County,” says Terri Day, who will continue to serve as CEO for both Adventist Health Lodi Memorial and Dameron Hospital and remain involved in setting the strategic direction and key decision-making for those hospitals.

“Terri first joined the San Joaquin County leadership team as Administrator of Dameron Hospital once Adventist Health started managing it in early 2020,” said Todd Hofheins, Chief Operating Officer of Adventist Health. “In just a brief time, Terri built a capable executive team, transformed the cost structure of Dameron, and cast a successful vision for Adventist Health in San Joaquin County.”
