Nadeem Mousa, MD Joins Adventist Health’s Reedley Pediatrics as their Newest Pediatrician
August 30, 2023 (Reedley, California) – Adventist Health is pleased to welcome Nadeem Mousa, MD to the Adventist Health family as a pediatrician from the Valley Childrens group. He is joining the Reedley Pediatrics location. Mousa is well-versed in the care of all patients from infancy to adulthood. He is prepared to help parents with well child visits, vaccines and immunizations, ear and throat infections, asthma and eczema. He also seeks to help with behavioral and developmental care. His focus is on preventing and treating common conditions and diseases in infant, young children and adolescents.
Working with children is Mousa’s passion. When asked of his motivation to practice medicine, he had this to say, “I love bringing a smile back to a sick child and reassuring worried parents about normal development and growth of their children. Making these connections inspires and motivates me to always provide excellent and comprehensive care.”
Mousa obtained his medical degree at Ain-Shams University located in Cairo, Egypt. He then came to the United States to further his training and experience. He was a pediatric resident at Bronxcare Health System/Icahn School of Medicine at Mt. Sinai in Bronx, New York. He then continued on as a research scholar and visiting research scientist at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital in Ohio.
When not with patients, Mousa enjoys camping, hiking, soccer, dabkkah and salsa dancing. He is also an avid reader with a strong appreciation for poetry and historical literature.
He is now accepting patients and appointments can be scheduled online at AdventistHealth.org/NMousa, or by calling (559) 391-3100. Adventist Health Medical Office – Reedley Pediatrics is located at 1433 Acacia Avenue in Reedley.
