Retired Ozzie’s Deli & Gyros owners donate new furniture

The Adventist Health Portland atrium features sleek and comfortable new furniture thanks to a donation from Ozzie and Loulou Faris, former owners of Ozzie’s Deli & Gyros located on the main hospital campus.

For more than 20 years, the Adventist Health team, visitors and community members have enjoyed delicious food and warm friendships at Ozzie’s Deli. When Ozzie retired last summer, he donated his last day’s proceeds to the hospital remodeling efforts.

The new furniture installed earlier this month gives staff, patients and visitors a place to rest and relax.

Ozzie’s Deli & Gyros continues to operate in the Adventist Health Portland pavilion under new ownership.
