We're rated 5 stars—again!
We’re proud to share that Adventist Health Glendale has once again earned the nation’s highest safety and high-quality care ranking—another 5-star rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS)!
A 5-star rating is remarkably difficult to attain and sustain. The stringent CMS process grades hospitals on 46 quality measures across five core measure groups (each with a one- to three-year performance period): Mortality, Safety, Readmission, Patient Experience, and Timely and Effective Care.
CMS evaluated 379 California hospitals and another 4,275 throughout the country. Based on the latest results, only 10% of hospitals nationwide and 12% in California received five stars. Yet, thanks to your unwavering focus and consistency, we have earned this achievement four years in a row!
“I am truly grateful to see our achievements recognized,” said Alice Issai, President of Adventist Health Glendale. “This accolade reflects our culture of caring, instilling faith in our community and trust in our patients.”
Thank you to every physician, nurse and associate for your continued commitment to delivering exceptional patient care and helping us attain these results.
