I have had medical complaints/concerns/issues for 3+ years now that have not had any action taking to investigate causes or management of symptoms. All steps forward have had to be at my insistence. But while I believe my a few of my symptoms can be part of a larger picture I don't know what the correct course of action and treatments are. I can't even tell you if the steps for investigation/treatment that I have requests are the correct starting points.

I left this appointment feeling relieved and heard. Dr. Rogado listened to my concerns and took everything into account to make a care plan that was suitable to my needs. I left feeling completely comfortable with my care in his hands.

I did not read my contract in full but me and my Primary provider will discuss it on my next visit . I have no worries he is always kind and respectful towards me as his Patient and is always upfront and honest with me very rare with a lot of doctors treating my severe pain heart condition in the past before I started seeing him way other my doctors have done in the past before I was treated just by him I have been with my primary for 8 years and he was treating my diabetes ,blood pressure and mental health and he referred me to some excellent doctors for my diabetes and CKD stage 4 and many other health disorders and chronic heart disease.I have all I have to say is thank you to my Primary doctor. For making that extra step .I know I can be difficult but he understands me and I appreciate him of course .I have heard nothing but good things as far as my primary doctor treating his patients . And of course I am very compliant as far as all the medications I take know it is very important to have my labs done Glad hear my labs they are always stable especially my kidney function and heart condition and of course my chronic back pain and mental health condition my primary doctor always tells me control and coup I have to be honest for him to give me excellent care which he does and all my referred me to Physicians all so do all my other doctors. Dialysis Terrifies me my Kidney doctor did say it much cheaper then going to the center if it's done at home I know that condition never gets better..I also want to thank my endocrinologist for putting me on the insulin pump and CJM I was scared at first understanding it. But now I am so happy I am on those devices it really helps. My primary Discussed my weight it was not very Satisfactory but I watch what I eat and cut one things to make me hungry and I over eat when I worry I over eat and well as something' one thing on occasion no it's not drinking as it's dangerous mixing it with a lot of my medications so can on I somethings I do and can not afford any more with my change of address and more responsibility with my financial situation. My primary did say on one occasion that I was good with money that really gave me confidence's as far as now being totally independent and responsible with money and paying own my bills that are due very positive statement.Because I have chronic anxiety of being homeless in this very high inflation scares me Thank you once again for being my primary physician Dr Ragado .

Dr. Rogado is a very caring and compassionate doctor.

He is always involving me in treatment plans or ideas, he always makes me feel heard. He really listens to, ideas or what I feel helps me. I love that about him. I couldn't ask for greater doctor.

Dr. Rogado is one of the few Drs that actually listens to me when I ask questions or talk and he always asks if their is anything else I can do for you.

Doctor is excellent. He is very pro patient and does whatever he can to make sure my medical issues are treated . He listens and is empathetic.
