About The Provider
Jennifer Goforth, MSN, FNP, is a dedicated primary care provider with decades of experience and a deep desire to help her patients live their healthiest lives. Jennifer focuses on care for individuals age 18 and older, including preventive screenings and treatment of chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, COPD and asthma.
“I feel very blessed to have found my career calling, and love what I do,” Jennifer says. “I truly enjoy teaching individuals about preventive healthcare and coaching them through their health issues. Specializing in family medicine has enabled me to build long-term relationships by caring for up to three generations of families.”
A Marysville native, Jennifer was inspired to pursue a career in healthcare after spending a summer working in an emergency room while she was in college. She when back to school and changed her major to nursing and later became a nurse practitioner.
Jennifer and her husband Neil have two children and beautiful grandchildren. She enjoys time with family and friends, camping and other outdoor activities, especially when they involve exploring the coast.
