Snow Peterson, DO

Dr. Snow Peterson has always listened to what I've had to say about things, and recommend different approaches that might help. I think what I like best about Dr. Peterson is if she doesn't know or is qualify about something, she is willing to tell you that she isn't qualify in that situation of area. She is honest about it and don't gas light you like a lot of others try to.

Dr Peterson was so thorough with making sure I felt better. She pushed for me to have a sleep study. She also advocated for me to have iron infusion because what I'm taking now isn't working. I expected her to tell me that she was going to stop seeing me when I told her that I felt a little bit better after the iron and I was at 80% and she said that she wanted me to be at 100%. The amount of care she has for me is amazing and so appreciated!

The Doctor did not offer me a copy of my test results. The Doctor did not go over my test results. She just stated that I have sleep apnea, that she was ordering treatment for me, and that a place in Lakeport would contact me about picking up a machine and help me determine which mask would work for me. I requested a copy of my report the next day. The Doctor never told me that my sleep apnea was mild or explained to me what the percentages meant. They did not let me know who would be calling from Lakeport or when I could expect a call and how long it should take them to reach out to me.

Dr Peterson is a great doctor. She always listens to me patiently and is very caring. I really appreciate her support.

I really liked the doctor. She was very good at her job and I felt like she really cared about my problem. She listened to me when I talked which is a huge plus in my book. Normally I feel like they are in a hurry and want to get it wrapped up.
