Understanding Birth eClass (self-paced)

Based on an award-winning, evidence-based program, our e-class is organized into eight chapters covering pregnancy, labor, birth stories, comfort techniques, medical procedures, cesarean birth, newborn procedures and postpartum. It includes videos, animations, quizzes, and follow-along exercises and games.

Understanding Natural Childbirth Techniques eClass (self-paced)

This class is designed to complement the comprehensive Understanding Birth eClass by providing information on the philosophy behind natural childbirth and a more in-depth look at comfort measures for labor. The class takes three to four hours to complete and is hosted by a certified nurse-midwife. It includes 13 video clips, including birth stories and follow-along exercises.

Registration for both classes includes nine months of online access to content. These classes are self-paced.
