At Adventist Health Glendale, we acknowledge the role that spiritual and emotional support have in contributing to health and healing. If you would like to send your loved one a prayer or some words of encouragement, our Spiritual Care Team is here to help. Please fill out and submit the form below, and a member of the Spiritual Care Team will personally deliver a prayer or message of support to your loved one in our hospital.
