Pharmacy Residency Application Process
Adventist Health Glendale participates in the ASHP PhORCAS service and all documents below will need to be submitted via this service. For more information about PhORCAS, please visit ashp.org/phorcas.
Application materials include:
- Letter of intent
- Official transcripts
- Curriculum vitae
- Three letters of recommendation (at least one letter from a clinical rotation experience)
Eligible candidates will have a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited school or college of pharmacy. An on-site interview is required.
Program Specifications
Estimated Starting Date: Mid-June
Estimated Stipend: $56,000
Benefits: Health, dental, eye care and life insurance. Vacation and professional
travel provided, travel stipend available.
