According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, more than one million employees suffer back injuries each year. Studies also show that back injuries account for one of every five workplace injuries or illnesses.

Together with the Occupational Medicine Center at Adventist Health Glendale (AHGL), the Spine Institute offers a full range of services to help employers and employees in the Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena and Los Angeles communities address workers' compensation back and neck injuries.

Combined with after-hours service in the hospital's Emergency Department, employees have access to health care 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
