Our Breast Care Center team is designed to meet your needs as a whole person – from prevention to diagnosis, treatment and recovery. Our compassionate care team is equipped with the fastest, highest resolution mammography systems available in the medical imaging industry.

We know you are busy and finding time to call the doctor's office during normal business hours can be difficult. We offer online scheduling for mammograms so you can make your appointment any time that is convenient for you.
Safety precautions
We understand that safety plays a major part in helping you feel comfortable, which is why our center has the following safety precautions in place:
- Thorough cleansing and sanitizing of all imaging suites after every exam
- Temperature screening of all patients and staff
- Mandatory masking of patients and staff
- Physical distancing in waiting areas
Breast cancer team and resources
Our compassionate team includes a fellowship-trained breast surgeon, two fellowship-trained radiologists, mammography technologists, breast specialist sonographers, a nurse navigator, dietitians, physical therapists, social workers and support staff.
Meet our experts
From a young age Dr. Adelaja knew she wanted to pursue a career in medicine. Her training led her from her home state of Texas to Fresno, where she completed her surgical residency at the UCSF Fresno Center for Medical Education and Research – later joining the Center as a member of the surgical teaching faculty. Dr. Adelaja’s experience working with the local population, and her family’s own experience with breast cancer led her to devote her practice to breast surgery and to complete a fellowship in breast oncology. Dr. Adelaja is a strong advocate for her patients and is dedicated to treating them as if they were her own family. She is excited to share her passion for compassionate care with the Central Valley community.
Jacqueline Hunter is a family nurse practitioner that specializes in the care of breast surgery patients. She is attentive to the complexities involved in effective patient and healthcare provider communication and decision-making during times of distress. She is a member of the breast surgical specialty team. She provides personalized care and advanced techniques to meet her patients’ specific needs. Jacqueline places each patient’s safety and successful recovery first. She is a partner in health from the moment a patient arrives until they return to the people and activities they love. “Being entrusted as a caregiver is a great honor and privilege,” says Hunter.
