The MAT program treats patients with opioid dependencies. If you decide that treatment is right for you, you can start medication immediately. Working with your care team, you may be prescribed Suboxone. This medication blocks the effects of opioid medication, including pain relief or the feeling of well-being that can lead to future use of opioids. There are other medical treatments available. A doctor will work with you and together you can choose the best care plan for your unique needs.
Our team will meet with you as regularly as you would like, helping you understand the process, access resources and supporting your goals. We are available 27/4 at 707-349-4340.
Preventing overdose is an important part of the MAT program. If you or someone you spend time with has a substance use disorder, please contact our substance use navigator at 707-349-4340 to request Narcan training and a free Narcan Overdose Kit. No appointment needed, no questions asked.
