The Joint Commission addresses all complaints that pertain to patient safety or quality-of-care issues within the scope of Joint Commission standards. Additionally, the Joint Commission has named Lodi Health a Top Performer on Key Quality Measures for attaining and sustaining excellence in accountability measure performance.
