Falls Prevention Program in Lodi
Helping seniors stay safe
Falls are a major threat to the health and independence of people aged 65 and older. They can be devastating and costly — but falls can also be prevented. Adventist Health is teaming up with LOEL Senior Center to provide a falls prevention program for older adults in our community. The program offers a team of professionals who will evaluate, educate and share fall prevention strategies with participants. By offering this program, falls can be reduced and older adults can live better, longer lives.
The Adventist Health team will meet individually with participants to coach them through the program. The falls prevention program is a community service provided by Adventist Health Lodi Memorial and the LOEL Senior Center. It is free to participants.
