Patient Portal

We have aligned our patient portal resources. Your new test results, secure messages with your provider and upcoming appointments will be hosted in the MyAdventistHealth patient portal.

• Adventist Health Mendocino Coast Hospital services from December 1, 2022 onward
• Adventist Health Mendocino Coast Medical Offices, Adventist Health Howard Memorial or Adventist Health Ukiah Valley from August 24, 2021 onward

Learn more about the MyAdventistHealth patient portal. If you have already seen an Adventist Health provider, your provider’s office can send you an invitation to enroll in the patient portal or you may self-enroll.

If you have not been to our Adventist Health Mendocino Coast Medical Offices or our inland hospitals since August 22, 2022, you will need to create a new account to use MyAdventistHealth if you have not done so already to access these features.
