The Memorial Gift Program at the Adventist Health Simi Valley Foundation allows you to remember and honor a loved one. Your gift is shared with your loved one’s family and ensures support toward excellent care in your community!

There are a number of ways you can make a gift in honor or memory of someone.

• You can encourage your friends and family to make a gift in lieu of flowers toward the general fund at Adventist Health Simi Valley Foundation.
• You can have one of the trees located within one of our many beautiful garden areas dedicated in honor of your loved one. These spaces provide fresh air, sunshine, rest and reflection for our patients, guests and staff.
• You can have a space within the hospital named in honor of your loved one, and ensure support for the continued advancement of care here in your community.
