Medication Refills

You may be given prescriptions and instructions for medication necessary for your treatment. If you have a problem with a medication or need a re-fill and are not planning an office visit, please call us during office hours so that we can assist you.

• Prescription refills and requests should be made 2-3 days before your last dose, by calling (866) 999-6274 or contacting your pharmacy. We will call you if the prescription cannot be refilled or if we have questions. Contact your pharmacy 24 hours after leaving the refill request with our office.
• Prescriptions will not be filled after hours or on weekends.
