YES on Measure X
Elevating healthcare in Tehachapi
Measure X brings more healthcare services to our community at no cost to taxpayers
How great is the need?
Primary care for rural health clinic patients is currently being offered out of a 1,000-square-foot, one-bedroom house in downtown Tehachapi. The size and space limits the number of patients we can see and the services we can offer — an issue that continues to pose challenges as our community grows.
What Measure X does in Tehachapi
Measure X would enable Adventist Health to construct a state-of-the-art, 10,000-square-foot outpatient pavilion on its hospital campus, ushering in new services for the community and elevating the healthcare experience in Tehachapi.
-
No cost to taxpayers
If voters approve Measure X, Adventist Health would cover all costs of building the outpatient pavilion.
-
Expanded Care
Our new outpatient pavilion would accommodate five primary care providers. That means quicker care, and more appointment times.
-
Specialty Care
Our new outpatient pavilion would accommodate specialists for consultations, including general surgeons, orthopedics, gastroenterologists, podiatrists and more.
-
Dentistry
For the first time, we would offer dental care to our community out of our outpatient pavilion if voters approve Measure X.
