Randy Dodd, President
Adventist Health in the Central Valley named Randy Dodd president of Tulare
Regional Medical Center. The position was created to support the growth
of Adventist Health’s mission in Tulare and the Central Valley region.
Dodd, who has 14 years of executive experience, was previously vice president
of business development for Adventist Health in the Central Valley and
had been serving as the interim executive to reopen the hospital. He led
the team through a rapid reopening phase that included major renovations,
equipment upgrades and the onboarding of nearly 300 team members in just
over three months.
Dodd is a graduate of the University of California, Santa Barbara, in business
economics, and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives,
the nation’s top professional society for healthcare leaders. He
is a lifelong resident of California.
He and his wife, Toni, have five children, all boys, and three grandchildren,
all of whom are local to the area.
