Adventist Health Vallejo has been a leader in providing psychiatric and mental health services for more than 30 years. From the moment you enter treatment, our goal is to begin the healing process through one of our structured therapeutic programs.
Adventist Health Vallejo is a 61-bed psychiatric hospital and is part of Adventist Health St. Helena. We offer complete inpatient and outpatient behavioral health programs and services.
Located in Vallejo, California, we also offer short-term psychiatric care for children, adolescents and adults and partial hospitalization services for adults who are experiencing psychiatric problems or are dependent on alcohol, drugs or prescription medications.

Adolescent program:
Our adolescent program offers treatment for young people who face anxiety, depression or other symptoms related to a mental health condition. -
Adult mood disorder program:
The adult mood program provides short-term, goal-oriented treatment for people experiencing significant symptoms of anxiety and depression. This includes intensive outpatient program and/or a partial hospitalization program. -
Children’s program:
Our children’s program offers treatment for children who face anxiety, depression or other symptoms related to a mental health condition. -
Continuing care program:
The continuing care program provides outpatient day treatment for adults managing severe, persistent mental illnesses. -
Inpatient psychiatric care:
Inpatient care is designed to help adults who are going through an acute psychiatric crisis. -
Senior mental health program:
The senior mental health program provides support and treatment for seniors ages 55 and older who haven’t responded to individual outpatient therapy and need a higher level of care.
