Living Well Center
Did you know AHWM offers each resident complementary access to the Living Well Center? Designed to make physical activity more accessible, the Center is located on the first floor of the North Building. Ask your coordinator or stop by Medical Education to fill out your Par Q and Consent forms, then complete a short orientation for 24/7 access. Currently limited to 3 associates at a time. - Sick Days: Time is provided to you annually to make sure you take time out to promote your own health and healing. Contact your coordinator to request days off or to check your balance.
- Upcoming Resident Socials or Other Wellness Activities, Resident Wellbeing Retreat: Resident Wellbeing Retreat is scheduled annually to encourage resident wellness. In 2020-2021, residents were provided with a personal wellness day in lieu of a retreat due to COVID.
