Yosemite Orthopedics welcomes Tiffany Waters, PA-C

Adventist Health Sonora is proud to welcome Physician Assistant, Tiffany Waters, to the team at Yosemite Joint Replacement and Orthopedics. Waters brings 16 years of experience in the San Francisco Bay Area, where she cared for patients with a range of orthopedic conditions including hip, knee and shoulder arthritis; fractures and spine conditions. She has experience in trauma and sports medicine as well as caring for patients with total joint replacements.

Waters obtained a Masters of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Midwestern University in Glendale, Ariz. She earned her undergraduate degree in Physical Education with an emphasis in Athletic Training from Azusa Pacific University in Azusa, Calif.

With experience in a variety of settings, Waters formulates and implements treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient. “I love seeing patients return to the activities that they love doing and helping them maintain an active lifestyle,” Waters says. Waters enjoys an active lifestyle as well, filled with running, hiking and spending time with her family.

At Yosemite Joint Replacement and Orthopedics, Waters will be working with John Nelligan, MD, along with Airell Nygaard, MD and Andy Suess, PA-C. The physician and physician assistant teams offer a range of surgical and nonsurgical treatment options for injuries and conditions affecting the bones, muscles, tendons and ligaments.
