Resolving Your Concerns
Your experience matters to us, and we welcome your feedback. If you want us to know something about your experience, we recommend the following steps so we can address and resolve your concerns.
1. Speak up right away.
The best time to make sure we meet your expectations is in the moment. Please feel free to tell us what we can do better. If you're having an issue with a particular staff member, please ask for a supervisor or manager and discuss your concerns.
2. Ask for more help.
If your concerns are not resolved by talking with your care team, fill out the online patient feedback form so we can get your information directed to the correct department or clinic. Be sure to check the option to be personally contacted if you want a reply.
