Registration and Financial Planning

Even though nine months sounds like a long time, the last few months have a way of going by rather quickly as you prepare for your new arrival. With that in mind, we encourage you to visit our registration office at the hospital to get your paperwork done ahead of time.

Be sure to bring your photo ID, your OB/GYNs name and contact information, and your insurance card. Many of the forms needed during registration can be downloaded and printed so you can do most of your registration paperwork from home.
